Nateria - The goddess of life and matter whom Northly serves.
Water magic - In her own world, Northly was an experienced user of water magic. However, without her goddess in this universe, she is cut off from her magic.
Immortality - In her own world, she was most likely immortal due to personal interference from her goddess. Also not the case in Karteria.
World Vector - A fictional video game. Northly is from this video game's universe, but she has little knowledge of the nature of her world. She will, however, be likely to believe her and others' presence in Karteria is a similar process to what allowed players to visit her world.

Corruption & shifted form
Natural Soul — Northly's natural soul is a pīwakawaka/fantail.
Shifted form — in her shifted form, her arms become wings, she shrinks to approximately a quarter of her size and grows a large fantail. She grows a beak which is her main form of physical attack, though she also has talons, these are more delicate than the cutting power of her beak. She also vocalizes in a loud peep. Basically she becomes a feathered football with wings and a tail.
Corruption — Northly has been shifting as little as possible, as such her corruption is minimal at present.
Having a form that is clearly associated with air is one thing, but when shifted she feels as though she is observing a world other than the living — which she is 100% correct about. She can see spirits and, if she chose to, she would be able to make them act according to her will to attack.
Currently, she has lost a small amount of height, and grown small downy feathers on her forearms. The skin of her legs is becoming scaled and her toenails and fingernails have turned black and look rather more like talons than they should.
The handful of accessories brought with her that are enchanted with transformation magic are not doing a single thing to keep her looking human.
